Linda has experience of contractual disputes, bankruptcy and corporate insolvency.


Linda had dealt with landlord and tenant matters (residential and commercial). She has extensive experience of mortgage repossession matters in the County Court.


Unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing are areas in which Linda has direct Tribunal experience. Linda has also acted for the successful respondent in a whistleblowing appeal in the EAT.


Linda has experience of dealing with immigration matters, which spans advising on initial applications in relation to work permit, business, naturalisation and nationality issues, as well as, visitor, student, family and settlement cases. She is available to provide representation in both tiers of the Immigration and Asylum Chamber.

Disciplinary and regulatory

Linda has appeared on several occasions before the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) disciplinary panels, in relation to fitness to practise and interim suspension matters. Linda has the expertise to conduct disciplinary hearings on behalf of teachers, dentists, doctors, nurses and midwives.
